Here is the whole price list, not a range. 6" K-style seamless is $14 per linear foot when the roofline is under 15 ft, $23 per foot over 15 ft, and $25 per foot on a second story. Above 30 ft it is $25 per foot plus $500 for the manlift. Downspouts are $150 each under 15 ft and $220 at 15 ft and over, and we hang one for every 50 ft of gutter. Miters — any corner or angle — are $45 each, end caps are $10 each, and leaf guard is $9 per foot. Gutter and roof cleaning is a flat $250. Every job except a cleaning has a $500 minimum. Nine times out of ten it's one of three things: the run is pitched flat or backwards so water sits instead of moving, the downspout is too small for the roof area feeding it, or the roof valley is dumping a concentrated stream past the front lip. All three are fixable without replacing the whole system, and we'll tell you which one you have at the estimate.

No. We hang 6" K-style and nothing else, residential and commercial. 6" moves roughly 40% more water than the 5" most builders default to, and around here — steep roofs, big valleys, and rain that arrives all at once — that headroom is the difference between a gutter that carries a downpour and one that sheets over the front lip. Running one profile also means one coil on the truck and one rate on the price list.

The good ones do. Leaf guard is $9 per foot installed, over new gutter or over what you already have. Foam inserts and plastic screens do not — pine needles wedge into them and they become the clog. What matters is an aperture tight enough to shed loblolly needles, and a pitch that lets debris blow off dry. No guard makes a gutter maintenance-free; a good one takes it from four cleanings a year to an occasional rinse. We will tell you exactly what we would put on your roofline at the estimate.

We roll from the coil on site and carry a range of baked-on factory finishes, so in most cases yes. Bring us a piece of your existing trim or siding, or we'll pull the color chip at the estimate. If you want something outside what we stock, ask — we'll tell you what it costs and how long it takes before you commit.

A typical one-story house — 150 to 220 linear feet — is measured, rolled, hung, tested and cleaned up in a single day. Second-story work, long commercial runs, or anything high enough to need the manlift can push it to two. We give you the day count in writing before we start.

Yes — general liability and workers' compensation, and we'll send the certificates before we set foot on your property. Ask for them. Any contractor who hesitates when you ask for a COI is telling you something.

We don't put crew on a wet roof or run a brake in a downpour. If weather moves the date, you get a call the morning of — not silence and a no-show. Rescheduled jobs go to the front of the next dry day, not the back of the queue.

We'll document damage with photos and give you an itemized estimate your adjuster can work from, and we'll talk to them directly if you want us to. We don't advance-fund deductibles or offer to "take care of" your deductible — that's insurance fraud, and any contractor offering it is one you should show the door.

Workmanship is warrantied on our installs for five years, and the aluminum carries the mill's finish warranty against chipping and fading. Any guard we install carries its manufacturer's own warranty, which we hand you with the paperwork. All of it comes to you in writing with the invoice.
